To date, there have been ten previous Thales Share Schemes - 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2008, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017 & 2019.

2019 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") - will mature in April 2025. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The Closing Price was £65.24/€73.50. Employees could purchase 3 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2017 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") - will mature in April 2023. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The Closing price was £78.66/€88.00. Employees could purchase 3 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2015 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") – scheme has matured. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The closing price was £46.34/€65.54. Employees could purchase 2 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2013 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") – scheme has matured. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The closing share price was £32.70/€38.20. Employees could purchase 5 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2011 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") - scheme has matured. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The closing share price was £22.36/€25.61. Employees could purchase 5 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2008 - Two formula offer with 3,5000,000 shares offered. Scheme has matured. The Administrators are Amundi.

• "Classic Share" formula. The Acquisition Price was €33.40/£26.84.
• "Share Plus" formula. The Acquisition Price was €35.49/£28.52.

2004 - A Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") - scheme has matured. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The closing share price was £32.43. Employees could buy 6 participant shares and get 1 free share.

2002 - Scheme has matured. The Administrators are Amundi. The discounted price was €21.36/£13.69.

2000 - Scheme has matured. The Administrators are EquatePlus. The discounted price was €28.80.
